Salary & Compensation Benefits
THDCIL offers one of the attractive pay packages in the power sector industry. Here are the details of the compensation and benefits for the selected candidates:
- Pay Scale: Selected candidates for the post of Engineer/Executive in E-2 Grade will be placed at a minimum basic pay of Rs. 50,000 in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 to 1,60,000 (IDA).
- Probation Period: Candidates will be on probation for 1 year from the date of joining. On successful completion of the probation period, they will be regularized in the same pay grade (E-2 Grade).
- Compensation Package: The package includes:
